W4P Waves4Power AB’s mission is to minimize harmful CO2 emissions entering our environment and generating a better future for our planet. Our contribution to the world’s green energy supply is different. We offer an efficient, sustainable solution supplying clean electricity from ocean waves with no greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions. Our WaveEL™ System has demonstrated its survival in the demanding North Atlantic, off Norway’s coast, for over 12,000 hours, of which, 4,000 hours delivered electricity to Norway’s power grid.
Waves4Power is entering “a new world of power generation with every step we take”. The patented WaveEL™ System will outcompete and outperform electricity generated by fossil-fueled power plants. When mass produced, cost of electricity from WaveEL™ will meet or beat, grid parity. Three years after commercialization, our highly competitive levelized cost of electricity, will be on par with land-based wind. Together with other renewable energy sources, WaveEL™ will form the world’s future, sustainable, energy system.
Our head office is located in Gothenburg, Sweden, with subsidiaries in Norway, the United Kingdom, the United States, as well as representation in Indonesia, Singapore, and South Africa.
